Ordered the ring and it arrived within day! It is in a beautiful wooden ring case. The ring is beautiful as well. My future husband is very happy with the ring he selected.

I sent the original ring back for a smaller size. I paid $70 CAD for expedited shipping via DHL, and it was sent snail mail and took over 2 weeks. The ring wasn't even in the case, it was in the bottom of the box bouncing around.
I want to start off by saying, this is a beautiful ring. It has a nice weight to it and I like the look of it. However, when I opened the package I received it in, I noticed the ring was loose, banging around in its container. Upon inspecting it, I was disappointed to find that it had a small, white-gold nick on the edge of the black side of the ring. Although it is incredibly small and hardly noticeable in the provided photograph, I can clearly see it since the black contrasts it a lot. I also am not a big fan of the oak box as it creaks every time I open it.
Despite this, I received my order quickly and the activity ring is amazing. Very comfortable and love the little logo on the side.
The exchange process is just a little strange. Give yourself plenty of time when ordering! I waited a little too last minute, but did receive my exchanged ring in time, and was very happy with the customer service. Very nice to talk to a person during the process! Definitely recommend.
We really wanted a gold band but couldn't afford solid gold, so the gold-plated tungsten was a great option for us--it almost felt too good to be true! We were very pleased with the quality of the ring, packaging and customer service. Everything was super transparent and high quality!

Nice looking but very thick ring - took some getting used to from my partner. He can’t sleep in it, and switches with a silicone band for about half the time. But - it is very gold in color and solid. Surprisingly heavy feeling! Overall we are satisfied with it.
