What is the best way to find out my ring size?

We recommend purchasing our ring sizer to find your size. Because your ring size actually fluctuates throughout the day you can wear the ring sizer all day to ensure you nail your size the first time. For international buyers please see our international ring chart.

How much does it cost to ship my ring internationally?

All shipping options are automatically calculated during the checkout process with our discounted shipping rates.

Can I send my ring back for a refund or exchange it?

 30-Day “NO HASSLE” Return Policy/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of your delivery date. To make an exchange please purchase the size exchange ad from my store and return your ring. Please include the order number in the box. If you find it necessary to return your purchased ring, it must come back to us in an unworn and clean condition, ready for re-sale. If the ring is damaged on return, we reserve the right to charge you for the damages.

The exception to this rule are personalized items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items, such as engraved items, including any ring we or you have had engraved.  No refunds or returns on personalized items.

How do I return or exchange my ring?

You have 30 days from the day of delivery, simply get in touch with our team and let us know what went wrong. We will advise you on what to do next.

What do I do if I want to return or exchange my ring after 30 days?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges past 30 days.

Do you offer Engraving?

At this current time, we do not offer an engraving but our rings can be engraved. We suggest you take your ring to a local jeweler who offers that service for a small fee. Wood and plated rings should not be engraved.

Do your rings come with a warranty?

All of our rings come with a free LIFETIME WARRANTY. If your ring is damaged from normal wearing, we will replace it. We do ask that you pay a small fee to cover the shipping and insurance to send you a new ring. We might ask that you send us your broken ring.

Are your antler and wood rings waterproof?

All of our wood and antler rings are Water Resistant; they are not waterproof. They are sealed with our ring armor coating that shields it from water, dirt, and grime at no additional cost to you! So, this means your ring can get wet but it shouldn’t be submerged for very long. They will not fall apart after being submerged, but they will begin to deteriorate rather quickly.

What rings are best if I have a Nickel allergy?

All our wooden rings, solid Carbon Fiber, Titanium, Black Zirconium, and Cobalt Chrome rings are going to be your best bet. Tungsten carbide has nickel in the material.

How do I take care of my ring?

Several tips to ensure your ring lasts. For our wood and antler rings we recommend taking it off before washing your hands, using hand sanitizer or being exposed to harsh chemicals. For all our rings we recommend taking it off before you go to bed, or being exposed to harsh chemicals. All our tungsten rings are very tough and scratch resistant but if they are dropped onto a hard surface they can break. To clean your ring use a small drop of dish soap and water.

How long does it take to ship domestic?

We ship all rings for free using USPS First Class. So, you can expect it within 5-10 business days after you make you purchase. If you need it sooner please purchase an expedited shipping method and contact us if you need it shipped right away.

Do you make custom rings?

Yes, we can create custom rings designs or modify existing ring designs. Just contact us for details.
